Basic Rates Our basic rate includes welcome pack on arrival, use of the entire house on a self catering basis. We provide luxurious linen and towels for your use; and the building has the benefit of underfloor heating, fibre broadband, and Now TV. Serviced Rates We offer a variety of enhancements to maximise the enjoyment of your stay. You may wish to take the basic 'self catering' option, or you could potentially add a daily or mid-week service. These start at £40 per day, or with a linen change £100 per 'change' day. The choice is yours.......... Actual Rates Our rates are very dependent on the season and activities in Whitby; please call for an accurate quotation. For initial reference they range from as little as £1150 in low season up to £3500 for a week in high season. Reduced rates are available for shorter stays.
